1: A Memorial of an Indented Deed dated the
2: twenty third day of Dec[embe]r one thous[an]d seven hun[dre]d & sixty two
3: Between Jno Brumfield of Clarahill in the queens Co[unty] farmer of
4: the first part Mary Brumfield wife of the s[ai]d Jno Brumfield of
5: the sec[on]d part & Rice Meredith of Clonenegark [sic] & W[illia]m Dunne of
6: Corbally both in the s[ai]d Co[unty] Gent of the third part Whereby the s[ai]d
7: Jno Brumfield for & in Consid[eratio]n of a seperat[io]n thereby agreed on by
8: him & the s[ai]d Mary Brumfield & in order to provide & secure a
9: seperate maintainance & support for the s[ai]d Mary during the
10: Rem[ainde]r of her Nat[u]r[a]l life & of five shill[ing]s Ster[ling] to him in hand paid
11: give grant Bargain Sell assign & set over unto the s[ai]d Rice Meredith
12: & W[illia]m Dunne & the surv[ivo]r of them his heirs & ass[ign]s all the Moiety of the
13: Lands & Prem[ise]s in Rosenallis in the s[ai]d Co[unty] in the s[ai]d Ind[entu]re ment[ione]d
14: to have been Demised by Hannibal Haskins to the s[ai]d Jno Brum:
15: :field & Bryan Dunne & also all the seperate & divided Moiety of the
16: Lands of Greenways Farm situate in the B[ar]o[ny] of Tinehinch
17: whereunto the s[ai]d Jno Brumfield was then Intitled & whereof he was
18: then seized & poss[ess]ed To have & to hold unto the s[ai]d Rice Meredith & W[illia]m
19: Dunne & the surv[ivo]r of them his heirs & ass[ign]s for & during all & every the
20: Terms of lives & years yet to come & unexpired of the s[ai]d Lands & Prem[ise]s
21: & each of them In Trust to demand & Receive from the Sev[era]ll tenant
22: & Tenants of the s[ai]d Lands & Prem[ise]s in Rosenallis all the Rent & Rents
23: then due & thereafter to grow due out of [sai]d prem[ise]s & pay the s[ai]d Mary
24: Brumfield her Ex[ecuto]rs Adm[inistrato]rs & ass[ign]s for her seperate maintainance
25: one annuity of four p[oun]ds Moietively on every twenty fifth day of
26: March & twenty ninth day of Sep[tembe]r dur[in]g s[ai]d term provided she sh[oul]d
27: so long live & in case the s[ai]d Mary Brumfield sh[oul]d happen to live
28: untill the Expirat[io]n of s[ai]d term then to Demand & Rec[eiv]e from the
29: Sev[era]ll ten[an]t and ten[an]ts of the s[ai]d seperate & divided moiety of the s[ai]d Lands
30: called Greenways farm all Rent & arrears of Rent w[hi]ch sh[oul]d be then
31: due or w[hi]ch thereafter sh[oul]d grow due thereout & pay the [sai]d Mary
32: Brumfield dur[in]g the then Rem[ainde]r of her life the s[ai]d annuity of
