Certificate of the vesting of the estates and effects -68- The Bankruptcy of
Ireland Amendment Act 1872 In the Court of Bankruptcy in Ireland – In the Matter
of Samuel Meredith of Clondarrig Maryborough in the Queen’s County farmer – This
is to certify that all the estate and effects real and personal of the said
Samuel Meredith the Bankrupt in the Matter have vested in Charles Henry James
and Lucius Henry Deering the official assignees of the said Court and in
Christopher Meredith of Cappoley Maryborough in the Queen’s County farmer,
creditors assignes in the said matter pursuant to the statute – Given under the
seal of the Court at Dublin this nineteenth day of January one thousand eight
