Memorial of an Indenture bearing date the eleventh day of March 1895 and made
between John Meredith of Ballycarney [sic] in the Queen’s County farmer of the
first part Ada Meredith of same place spinster of the second part Elizabeth
Meredith of place spinster of the third part and John Bradshaw of Pellas in the
Queen’s County farmer of the fourth part whereby after reciting as therein it
was witnessed that for the considerations therein the said John Bradshaw as
beneficial owner did thereby assign and the said Ada Meredith and Elizabeth
Meredith did thereby release and confirm unto the said John Bradshaw his
executors administrators and assigns All that and those that part of the land of
Clondarrig containing thirty acres or thereabouts statute measure by the same
more or less situate in the Barony of Maryborough West and Queen’s County as
then in the occupation of John Meredith and his under tenants held from Mrs
Adelaide Aspa[?] as a yearly tenancy at the yearly rent of twenty pounds with
the dwelling[?] [xxx] and buildings therein To Hold the same unto[?] the said
John Bradshaw his executors administrators and assigns for all the estate
agent[?] title and interest of the said John Meredith herein subject to the
yearly rent of twenty pounds and to the performance of the covenants incident to
said tenancy said deed as to its execution by John Meredith Adelaide otherwise
Ada Meredith Elizabeth Meredith and John Bradshaw [xxx] witnessed by Thomas T
Tobin[?] Solr and Samuel [xx] Camley [xxx] Law Clerk both of Maryborough etc……
