Said Thomas Meredith did for consideration therein mentioned demise
(etc) unto said Rice Meredith all that part of Rearymore known as
Clonegark about 200 acres then in the possession of said Rice Meredith
during the natural lives of (a) said Thomas Meredith, (b) said Rice
Meredith and (c) Right Honorable Diana Countess Dowager of Mountrath.
