Henry MEREDITH was born ca. 1795. He and Jane O’HARA were married on 5 Nov 1819 in St. Andrew, Dublin. He died on 11 Oct 1826, at age ~31, in Upper Baggot-street, Dublin.
He is believed to be the Henry Meredith in the list of Dublin apothecaries with the following entry:
1818 Oct 23 - Henry Meredith, Dublin p. 104 listed in:
“A RETURN of the Name of each Person in each year since the 24th of June 1791, who has been Examined by, and received a Certificate from the Governor and Directors of the Apothecaries' Hall in Dublin, of his Qualifications To open a Shop, and practise as an Apothecary in Ireland, “

His marriage settlement is in the Registry of Deeds, as follows:
“A memorial for an indented deed of marriage settlement bearing the date fifteenth day of November 1819 and made between Henry Meredith of North Earl Street in the city of Dublin Apothecary of the one part and Bridget O' Hara of Baggot Street in the said city of Dublin widow and Jane O'Hara spinster the only daughter of the said Bridget O'Hara of the second part and Robert Duke of Newpark in the county of Sligo Esquire and Thomas Henry Hanley of Summer Hill in the city of Dublin city Esquire of the third part (whereby after reciting that a marriage was intended to be had between said Henry Meredith and Jane O'Hara and that it was upon the treaty for said marriage agreed that said Bridget O'Hara should assign the sum of eight hundred and ninety six pounds eighteen shillings and four pence. Consolidated Government Stock in the Bank of Ireland bearing interest at three and a half percent the remainder”

His death was announced in the Saturday, October 14, 1826 edition of the Freemans Journal, transcribed as follows:
"DEATHS.
At his house, in Upper Baggot-street, in the prime of life on Wednesday, the 11th, Henry Meredith, second son of R. D. Meredith, Esg, of Earl street,."
