Rev. Anthony Thomas was born ca. 1794. He and Margaret Garrett were married in 1820.1 He died on 6 Mar 1867, at age ~73. He was buried on 9 Mar 1867 in St. George’s Church, DublinG.
He was Secretary of the ‘Society For Promoting Christianity Amongst The Jews’, based in Dublin, from at least 1835. The Society has been formed in 1818 as an Irish branch of the London Society of the same name. He was inducted on the 6 March 1851 at Ballaghaderreen as Vicar of Castlemore, having been Vicar in Connemara.
