There is no birth registration for Henrietta, but she appears in the 1901 census in the family of William and Margaret Strong, aged 4. However, there is a birth registration for a Mary Anne Strong in 1897, parents William Strong and Margaret Anne Carter. Given that William and Margaret Anne gave the name of Mary Anne to another daughter born in 1898, it is assumed that they changed the name of Mary Anne born in 1897 to Henrietta.
